Help! my period is late what can i do?

My period is about ten days late this month, im still a virgin so im not pregnant, but i need it to come soon as im going to africa in a week and i cant have my period there as it wil only be a burden, i've tried drinking Cinnamon tea but its not working! what can i do to make it come as fast as possible? i think its late this month as i used to exercise a lot for the pat few months then i stopped cold turkey
