Maybe be TMI. but someone help me please.?

So I was just cookin for about 20 minutes and the whole time I felt slight cramping in the bottom of my belly. So when I was done I went to the bathroom. I seen a wetspot in my underwear no blood but sort of a white-ish discharge not like really white but sort of clearish. Anyways I just turned 30weeks yesterday. The cramping is gone now..should I be worried? Or is this nothing? Maybe call my ob?
