Did I miscarriage? Please help..?

I'm 18 years old and I been married for 8 months already My period hasn't come for 3 months on the second month I took a pregnacy test and it came out positive i started throwing up greenish yellowish it was nasty I drank cinnamon tea so I could feel better then I found out that could cause abortion.. I still throw up but I don't feel anything in my stomach and it won't grow..people say that some women who have miscariage won't always bleed that sometimes the baby stays inside.. Idk please help..
