Could I go to jail for this?

my GF moved into my apartment with me two weeks ago, the ho is a bit annoying but we got on well most the time, last night i told her THREE times to cook the beef THAT IWORKED FOR, but she not even be near the kitchen, i tell her three times atleast, so i tell her fairly imo, "look, just cook it, dont make me do nothin", she flipped, i mean that ***** was flappin her mouth, so i put that ***** down with a left hook, didnt even have my ring on so it can't be illigel, also i payed for that beef with MY OWN MONEY she dont even work so if she not cookin she just stealin from me, she should be one going jail. i cant get in trouble can i she stopped bleedin now
