Can coffee make me bloated?

I am 14, 5'5" and 105 pounds. I usually have two cups of coffee with my breakfast everyday. And that's all I have for the whole day. For breakfast, I usually have oatmeal with nuts, raisins, and cinnamon. I've noticed that as soon as I wake up, before I eat and drink my coffee, I have a completely flat stomach. Then, after I eat my oatmeal, have two cups of coffee, and a bottle of water, my stomach bloats. It usually lasts throughout the day, too. Is this the coffee? I feel like I'm so tired without coffee. Could reducing the amount of coffee I have each day from two cups to one cup help? Thanks so much!
