Baked Apples recipe.....?

i have a bunch of apples and I made baked apples before with corn syrup and cinnamon i got the recipe online but i cant remember how to do it and cant find this recipe. does anyone know a good baked apple recipe i would like to cut the apples up not bake them whole i don't have brown sugar any ideas?
